Corrections, questions about something we have published, and takedown requests all reach the same inbox, and all of them get read.

Write to us

Email [email protected]. We answer inside two working days. To make that useful, include the address of the page you are writing about and, if you are reporting a wrong figure, what the operator is currently showing – a screenshot settles it fastest.

What we can help with

  • A wrong offer or figure. The most useful message we get. Bookmakers change terms without announcing it; we would rather hear it from you than leave it up.
  • A broken link or a page that will not load. Tell us the address.
  • An operator that has left the British market. If a brand we list no longer holds a UK Gambling Commission licence, we want to know today, not next quarter.
  • Commercial enquiries. Same address. We will explain how the site is funded and what we will and will not publish before anything else is discussed.

What we cannot help with

We are not a bookmaker and we have no access to any betting account, so we cannot see your balance, release a withdrawal, reverse a bet, lift a stake limit or return a deposit. Those go to the operator's own support team.

If the operator has not resolved a dispute within eight weeks, or has issued a deadlock letter, you can take it to the alternative dispute resolution service named in that operator's terms – IBAS and eCOGRA are the two most commonly used in Britain. Their decisions bind the operator. The UK Gambling Commission does not adjudicate individual disputes, but it does want to hear about an operator that behaves badly, and complaints to it feed into licence reviews.

If you need help with gambling rather than with us

The National Gambling Helpline is free and confidential on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day. To block yourself from every gambling site licensed in Great Britain in one step, register with GAMSTOP. Please do not write to us for this – we are a website, and those services are staffed by people trained for it.

Written and checked by the GBbet editorial desk

Licence numbers are checked against the Gambling Commission public register; bonus terms, minimum odds and payment limits are read from the operator’s own published pages. Nothing here is a personal opinion, and no page is rated by stars — how we work · about the desk.
