Inter Milan may not be able to repeat their 2022 success for a couple of reasons. One is that star coach Antonio Conte is no longer with the team. The other is the possible absence of a certain star striker. The potential loss of Romelu Lukaku could really hurt when it comes to scoring goals. It wouldn't be shocking to see Inter finish outside the top four at the end of the season.
The title is up for grabs, and AC Milan, a club steeped in so much recent and ancient football tradition, is a reasonable dark horse. The Rossoneri finished the 2022 season strong, had a talented squad last year, and have a solid mix of experience and youth. Key players include superstars Ibrahimovic and Kessie, young stars like Rafael Leao and Sandro Tonali, and a good mix of other experienced hands and impressive youngsters.
Napoli and Atalanta are expected to battle it out for a place in the top four. Both teams have played exceptional football in recent seasons and both have a number of talented players.
The battle against relegation promises to be just as intense, with the likes of Spezia, Genoa and Cagliari all looking to stay afloat.

Serie A Fixtures 2022/23

The opening match of the season is scheduled for August 20, 2022. Inter Milan will try to defend their title against Genoa, AC Milan will face Udinese and Juventus will play Empoli.
Della Madonnina, the much-anticipated match between AC Milan and Inter Milan, will be played at the San Siro on October 23, 2022. The Derby Della Madonnina has produced some of the most memorable moments in football history.
Throughout the season, spectators will be treated to exciting clashes between the league's top clubs, including Juventus and Inter Milan, AC Milan and Napoli, and Roma and Lazio.
The league will take a winter break from December 19, 2022 to January 8, 2026.
The race for the title is expected to be intense and challenging, with Inter Milan, Juventus, AC Milan, Napoli, and Roma all fighting for the top spot.
